Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days; however, during peak times, it may be up to 6 days. The expected delivery time is 1-5 business days from when you place your order. We ship globally as well; costs vary by country.
Returns and Other Issues
Because our cards are custom and meant for casual play, we do not accept returns or refunds. Note that there will be some variation in color, texture, and stamping vs original cards. Although we constantly strive to improve our products, foiling is the next step; they are custom-made, so variation is introduced from print to print.
For erroneous order deliveries, contact us at info@battle-proxy.com with images, and we will ship the correct items and provide a return label as necessary.
For products damaged in shipping, contact us with images of the damage, and we will replace the damaged items.
